Ts&Cs - My 3D Vines


These are the terms and conditions under which we provide you with information and other services on our website, www.my3dvines.com. These terms and conditions, the site, its content, the provision of 3D Wines (the company) services and all use of the site and services shall be governed by English law. By accessing this site you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note that you will be referred to as ‘Partner’ in this agreement.

Services Offered

3D Wines operates a ‘Rent a Row of Vines’ scheme. Membership entitles Partners to buy wine (via 3D Wines) at a special price, from the vineyard to which they are affiliated. This wine can be collected from the vineyard, from a collection point near Calais, or delivered to the UK (mainland only). There is no obligation to buy any wine offered, but should Partners choose to do so, the minimum purchase is 12 standard bottles (9 litres); any maximum purchase is specified with each offer.

3D Wines encourages Partners who are ‘collecting’ wine from their vineyard or Calais to do so within one year. Although the wine is likely to be safe after this period, we don’t want to take up valuable cellar space. Once purchased the wine is under the responsibility of the Partner.

The rental of the row, and subsequent purchases of wine are separate transactions. No title attaches to any part of any vineyard in which Partners’ rentals are arranged.

Partners are encouraged to visit ‘their’ vineyard, and a comprehensive hotel, restaurant and travel booking service is provided to assist in this process. 3D Wines also organises a number of exclusive events in France, Italy and the UK, about which all Partners are notified.

Additional offers of other wines (for UK delivery only) are made periodically.

Membership of the ‘Rent a Row of Vines’ scheme includes the mailing of our newsletter Uncorked! (two times a year), which provides information on Partner’s events, special offer wines and other information we feel is of interest to Partners. Partners may also receive information on related 3rd party products and services, including specially negotiated discounts and benefits. Only 3D Wines will send you this information.


Delivery of any Row Rental pack is normally by post and the pack is dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order. Express service is normally available at extra cost (please contact us to find out more about this service). Row Rentals including a bottle or bottles of wine incur a standard shipping fee.

Delivery of wine in the UK is handled by independent carriers whose delivery service covers England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Anticipated delivery dates are indicated with each offer, and deliveries will normally be made during normal working hours on Monday to Friday. If this delivery period is not suitable, it may be possible to make arrangements for an alternative day or time at extra cost.

Carriers will normally attempt to deliver gift packs with wine or cases of wine twice, after which arrangements must be made directly with them for a convenient delivery day, which may involve Partners paying additional charges. If the carriers are unable to deliver the wine within a reasonable period, it will be returned to 3D Wines.

For Partners collecting their wine in France, the delivery date is deemed to be the earliest date on which the wine is available for collection.


All Row Rental prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT.

All wine prices shown are inclusive of VAT. UK or French VAT will normally be applied, depending on whether the wine is delivered to the UK or collected in France.

All transactions are processed in Sterling, with relevant exchange rates shown if applicable.


We will provide a full refund for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us and we will arrange this as necessary at your convenience. Should any wine be unsuitable for any other reason, we will endeavour to replace the wine with an acceptable alternative of equal or better value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations and Complaints

Any Row Rental may be cancelled within 7 days of the order date, or at any time prior to the rental start date (whichever is the later) and a full refund will be given.

If a Row Rental is cancelled at any time up to 1 month after the rental start date, a refund will be given, but a £10 administrative charge will be incurred. Refunds for cancellations more than 1 month after the rental start date will be at our discretion.

Gift Vouchers are not normally refundable, but in exceptional circumstances a refund may be given; in which case the Gift Vouchers must be returned to us.

Wine orders cancelled prior to despatch will incur no charge, and any monies paid will be refunded in full.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential.


3D Wines will assume that any orders are placed legally. We reserve the right not to accept any order.
